We're proud to say that the overwhelming majority of orders received are shipped the same business day. However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day for processing of the order to the estimated shipping times below.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
We have a distribution warehouse based in Onehunga, Auckland.
We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of recieving it.
We use Now Couriers Ltd and Advance Couriers Ltd as our main delivery service providers. In some areas these companies use agents to deliver. North Island deliveries are made the day after despatch and South Island is 2 - 3 days after.
In most cases the goods will not be left to an un-attended address as the parcel will need to be signed for.
Please check the condition of your delivery, if it looks damaged please sign "damaged" and contact us through the contact page.

Please note, Auckland delivery area is Long Bay to Papakura (nth to sth) and Glen Eden to Howick (west to east).
